Yoga and Ayurveda are sister sciences.

Traditionally, both are practiced together to maximize the benefits of each.

I have been studying and practicing yoga since 1994. The style I teach is Parayoga which uses wise, gentle progression to move the body comfortably into poses. We work with the breath and sound to deepen the effects of physical postures. This style is suitable to all levels of experience and physical ability.

My Ayurvedic understanding also informs my yoga teaching so that classes are tailored to meet the specific needs of each student – taking into account body type, time of life, season, goals, etc. This allows you to get the most potent results possible for the time you spend practicing.
